Our roots are in Ukraine and Belarus. Our company has emerged during the war between Russia, Ukraine and Belarus to help overcome its consequences.

We believe this war is about core human value - freedom. Both Ukrainian and Belarusian people suffered great losses fighting for the freedom recently (since 2014 in Ukraine and since 2020 till now in Belarus).

While this war is an existential fight for values, it greatly impacts software engineering. Why? Cause writing software is a process of creation. And you can not create great products and innovate without being free!

While the war is going on there are many software engineers loosing their jobs and relocating to other countries in an effort to protect their families, lives and find a safe harbor which allows to self-realise and remain free at the same time.

Hence we’ve launched the TechValley with a mission to connect the best R&D talent from Ukraine and Belarus with the global software R&D companies striving to create, innovate, and speed up their product lines to market. ​
